Executive training, facilitation, and coaching

Belonging Co works with executive teams, senior leaders and community-facing organisations to build the leadership capability, shared language and practical confidence needed to strengthen participation, cultural inclusion, social cohesion and community trust.

No two organisations and leaders face the same challenges, so there are no off-the-shelf training packages. Every session is designed with you, for you - responding to your organisation and your leadership priorities and your people. Conversations are practical, participatory and grounded in lived experience, designed to leave you with clear next steps.

Mantej Singh draws on 20+ years of experience and qualifications in coaching, facilitation, training, and engagement to drive your capability building experience.

Belonging Co Framework

The Belonging Co approach is guided by the Belonging Co Framework, which has four connected elements:

  1. Belonging Shift - the change from compliance to belonging

  2. Belonging Lens - the diagnostic tool across system, community, culture and leadership

  3. Leadership capability - the driver of change is a belonging leadership mindset

  4. Community perspective - the guiding philosophy based on identity and lived experience

The framework supports organisations and leaders to examine gaps and barriers, move from intention to impact, and embed belonging into systems, programs and activations.
