Acknowledgement to Country

I acknowledge the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people as the traditional custodians of the land in Australia. I honour their enduring connection to land, water, air and community. I hold deep regard for their cultural knowledge, history and stories that teach us to value this planet, its resources and our communities.

I pay my respects to elders past, present and emerging and their values of inclusion and connection with which they have always aimed to bring people together. Let us all commit to walking together, in that spirit, to achieve inclusion and belonging with respect for our shared past and hope for our collective future. A future where everyone belongs, everyone thrives - no matter what their background.
